We offer a variety of delivery options to return samples back to the laboratory. These include Royal Mail priority service and Concierge Delivery Service.
Orders placed before 3.00 pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day for delivery next working day using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders placed after 3.00 pm, will be dispatched on the next working day. The test kit includes a pre-paid Tracked 24 return envelope, to be posted in a priority post box . Please keep a record of the tracking number that is detailed on the return label. Expediated delivery option is a tracked next day delivery, service can be purchased at checkout. Please remember that Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Concierge Service (Home Delivery/Pickup)
Our concierge service delivers the benefits of speed and convenience to your doorstep. We simply assume the responsibility of delivering your test sample to the laboratory. Our delivery partner operates a COVID-compliant ‘contactless’ delivery service. For orders placed before 10.30 am, an email will be sent confirming delivery and pickup time by our delivery partner. Upon arrival, the courier will hand over your kit and wait for you to take your sample and then return it to the lab on the same day for analysis, results available the next day. If you were not able complete the test within the time made available for the courier, you can send the test back to the lab at your own convenience via Royal Mail using the pre-paid stamp provided. Read the instructions provided in the kit and remember to note the tracking number. Note – This delivery option is only available for Pre-Departure Covid Testing (Fit to Fly). This service is for addresses within the M25. It cannot be used for Day 2, Day 8 testing and Day 5 Test to Release.
DX Collection and Sample Drop
Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the next day by DX Group (Monday to Friday). As part of the service, DX will contact you to confirm delivery time. When you have taken the sample, return your sample by dropping it off at your local DX Group depot, for next day delivery to the lab. Once the sample is received, result of the analysis will be available within 24 hours. Opening times of DX depots may vary, so please check before you set off. Due to Covid-19, some depots require you to book an appointment to make a drop-off. https://www.dxdelivery.com/corporate/services/dx-sample-drop If you are unable to send your sample through DX Group depot, you can send the test back at your own convenience via Royal Mail using the pre-paid stamp to send the kit to the laboratory or arrange another courier service at your own discretion. We recommend that you use Tracked 24 or Special Delivery and take note of the tracking number.
